Sista' Gal is a character based on the lives of several old souls who really cared, and shared their colorful lives with the world. We live in rapidly changing times. Many people especially the young today are dealing with difficult decisions in life. Sista Gal encourages the audience as a "voice of reason" and bridges the gap between the past and the future.
What does Sista Gal do?
The stories quite often involves old time "Mother's wit" to encourage those making crucial life choices. Many organizations such as Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Girl Scouts, 4-H, schools and detention centers welcome and appreciate the lighted-hearted approach where wisdom meets wit. The 35 year outreach also includes numerous drives to give coats, blankets, food, to the less fortunate and literature and entertainment to at risk teens, those battling drug abuse, and battered women.
